- Immediate follow-up on claims
of the arrival of damaged or defective pieces.
-That in the event of a damaged limited edition piece, we
will replace the work, at no additional cost to you, within
4 to 6 weeks. In the event that the damaged piece is a one-of-a-kind
sculpture, we will either refund your original purchase price
or apply your investment toward the purchase of another piece.
-That you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you
are not, we agree to refund your original purchase price upon
receipt of the unsatisfactory piece.
